Jake Mumford is the owner and head trainer at Anvil K9 Dog Training, serving Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. Jake specializes in immersive board-and-train programs built on the NePoPo® system, helping owners achieve reliable obedience and lasting relationships with their dogs.

As a NePoPo® Gold Certified trainer and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, Jake combines proven methodology with a structured, real-world approach to create confident, dependable dogs.

Our 6 Week Board & Train is our complete training program and the only one we offer.

This immersive program is designed for owners who want real results — not shortcuts. Your dog lives and trains with us in a structured environment built to create clear communication, consistency, and accountability.

Training focuses on reliable obedience, calm behavior in real-world situations, and on- and off-leash control that holds up outside the training facility — not just in controlled settings.

At pickup, you receive a private transfer session where we teach you how to handle your dog, maintain the training, and apply it in everyday life. Lifetime support is included so you’re never left without guidance.

Availability is limited to ensure each dog receives full attention and care.
